Q1. How can I attend ICAML?
A1: You could attend ICAML in the following forms:
Submit an abstract or a paper via the paper submission system; after confirmation, related registration instructions will be sent to you to guide the registration process;
Without paper or abstract submission, you could write an email to us via icamlconference@126.com and confirm the participation information; after confirmation, related registration instructions would be sent to you to guide the registration process.
Q2. What is the requirement for the paper format?
A2: Full paper could be formatted according to the template.
Q3: I need a Visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?
A3: Please accomplish your conference registration and payment. After doing so, you could consult via icamlconference@126.com to get the invitation letter. Please note: prior to receiving a letter of invitation, you will need to complete and pay for your conference registration. As visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 2 months prior to the conference.
Q4: When will the organizer book accommodations for attendees(Author and Listener)?
A4: Please be advised that we will not help attendees to book accommodations directly; highly recommend you contact the venue hotel for accommodations booked under a discounted price one month ahead of the conference date.
Q5: Is there an airport pick-up service?
A5: For some limitations in time scheduling and contacts abroad, conference attendees are suggested to go to the hotel by themselves.
